We are proud to announce that Jobs! 1.3 Beta 2 is published for TESTING after 1 week later from Jobs! Beta 1

Changes For Beta 1

* Plugin System is finished: If any bug is discovered, Jobs! 1.3 stable version will have this plugin .There is a Jobs! Plugins folder in the package root. It contains 7 Jobs! Plugins

• 3 payment plugins
• 1 System plugin (lknDebug: it's a plugin which shows the sql queries used by Jobs!)
• 2 employer plugins (1 example plugin and lknHideResumeFields plugin (This plugin is used to hide the resume fields from employers))
• 1 worker plugin (example plugin)
  

* Job Alerts : This feature is also done but the performance needs some works. You will be able to send Daily or Weekly e-mails in html or plain text modes. Jobs! will make a search for you and send them to your job seekers.


* New Configuration parameters are added.

I do not consider myself as a cms expert but Downloads 624,000 copies a month is a world record for a php script (please take care , i say php script. do not limit your self with cms projects or shopping cart script)

We are proud to announce that Jobs! 1.3 Beta 1 is published for TESTING .

Jobs! 1.3 will be the next generation Job Portal Component for Joomla!.

The stable version of Jobs! 1.3 will be published in early april like promised before.

Changes For Beta 1

• Plugin System: Jobs! 1.3 has its own plugin system. Jobs! 1.3 will support 4 types of plugins. Payment Plugins, System Plugins, Worker Plugins, Employer Plugins. Lets look this plugin types one by one.
  
1. Payment Plugins: These plugins will be the payment gateway integrations for Jobs! . You will be able to write your own payment gateways for your Jobs!
2. System Plugins: These plugins will allow you to execute Jobs! wide actions. For example, Jobs! 1.3 stable version will contain Job Alerts feature. It will a system plugin or any maintance task for your Jobs!
   
3. Worker Plugins: Worker plugins will allow you to effect the resume creation results
4. Employer Plugins: Employer Plugins will allow you to execute codes for employer related task. For example, one of hottest discussion subject on our support forum was adding gift credits when a new employer registers. This (and more) issue can be done with an employer plugin
• Small bugs are fixed and one new configuration parameter
