Jobs! can deliver custom xml feeds for your job site. You may ask a question what xml feeds can do for my site. The answer is quite simple. It's limited for your imagination. For example, see http://www.indeed.com/intl/en/xmlinfo.html . You can send your jobs to indeed.com with an easy way. Jobs! can create an xml like the mentioned one on indeed page.
This tool is also another way of creating rss feeds because rss feeds are custom xml feeds too :)
9. Performance Improvements
If you have many users (Lets say 1000 users and more), You may have a speed problems resume creating or company creating pages. These pages are loading the full users in a drop down list and expecting you to select the owner of resume or company. Jobs! 1.5 will have different point of view on this issue. It will open a separate window and will expect you to select the user from a different window (see the image)- Front side of the Jobs! is using less sql queries. We have cut some sql queries

You can insert Joomla! modules to every part of Jobs! . The pervious versions of Jobs! was only accepting Joomla! modules for only home page. Jobs! 1.5 and later versions are accepting Joomla! modules for every part of Jobs! What you need to do is opening related Jobs! template file and inserting {lknloadmodule MODULE_ID} to that template file. You can find MODULE_ID from "Joomla! Admin Panel>Extensions>Module Manager" menu. You will see an ID coloumn on that menu
