lknsendmail2worker is a Jobs! worker plugin which can be used to send a 'Thank you for your application' e-mail to job seeker

As you know, Jobs! can accept applications from unregistered users and registered users.

You can send different e-mails to registered users and unregistered users with lknsendmail2worker plugin

File location

Download a new copy with your download id. Plugin file location is /package-root/Jobs! Plugins/worker/lknsendmail2worker.zip

Configuration

• Activate Plugin: Select YES to activate plugin
• E-mail Address Field: Write the e-mail field name in your custom field manager for resumes ("Jobs! Admin Panel>List Resume Fields")
• E-mail Subject: Write the e-mail subject

E-mail Text

* E-mail text for unregistered users can be changed from \joomla-root\plugins\jobs\worker\lknsendmail2worker\admin\email_unregistered.txt file

* E-mail text for registered users can be changed from \joomla-root \plugins\jobs\worker\lknsendmail2worker\admin\email_registered.txt file

* Edit the related files and upload the same location. You can use html codes while you are editing the text file.

* Parameters you can use is below:

- {JOB_TITLE}: Title of the job that user is applied
- {CURRENT_DATE}: The current date
- {USER_NAME}: Username of the user who has made the application (This is available for the registered users)
- {REAL_NAME}: Real of the user who has made the application (This is available for the registered users)
