The things what makes me ultra angry on this unfair comment are below
- Wrong Information: Let's start from beginning that this clever(!) boy says. The first sentence is 'There were some delays and getting the download to operate' . Our web site is using virtuemart with paypal payment. After this clever(!) guy buys the component Paypal did not sent the IPN because of the fraud payment inspection. He has sent e-mail to us and We have explained him what happened. He is writing like 'He has made manual payment and We did not sent us the component to him'. Do you read anything about 'paypal fraud payment detection for one day' or 'e-mails that he has sent us and we sent him' on that comment? The answer is NO
- Wrong place to get support: We are giving support to our customers. I've checked the support web site activity for this customer. There is no activity for this user on our support forums. We have learned that this customer is unhappy from our component because of this unfair comment. He did not sent any comment for this.
- Wrong place to request feature & Wrong Information: Please have a look 2th thing at 'CONS' part. He is saying 'No way to give users free credits' . This possible with component and If you think that this feature is not flexible for you, The place you need to request is not a JED comment.
- Repating the same things: Please have look the last 3 things on 'CONS' part. He is writing the same things.
- Lie or ?: I've check the component with IE and Opera after this unfair comment to check the JS errors. I've found no error. I confused about what he found. Can somebody visit our demo and show me one JS error please?
- Confuse: I'm confused about what he means about poor configuration becasue he did not write about what he means. The current version of Jobs! has over 200 configuration parameters. I did not understand what he means with poor configuration
- I do not care why or what you write on JED. That's not my issue. But If you do write an unfair comment without any support web site activity like above, That makes me sad. We prefer to inform us about your problems. Because customer satisfaction is our job. If you do not inform , we can do nothing for you. We are really hard working on this component.
- Our demo is allways the latest version of our component. (We have only disable the configuration file changes on our demo because different configuration may show people different things or actions. We want everybody to see the same thing on our demo) . You will get the same component what you see on our demo. If you found a bug on our demo, That means the component you buy will contain the same bug
After that nasty comment, I want to focus my main subject Jobs! 1.0.10
I will write all the things in my mind for 1.0.10 and expect comments from you
- Fix all JS errors and improve the poor configuration which is mentioned above

- The most requested feature on our support forums is adding City & state fields to the job fields
- And the most important thing for me is finalizing the template system. The current version has limited capability to theming. When I've finished the 1.0.10 you will be able develop your own template for the Jobs!. The current view of the component is fuly going to change
The first 2 issue is easy but the 3th issue will take a bit time. We will need to re-write html part of Jobs! We expect to finish all the issues in 3 weeks. We targeting 19th August to publish the next version
Support will be off between 21th - 25th July
I will be in Prague (Hotel Ibis) in that time. The development & support will not be avaible between those dates.
