Refund and Return Policy

As we deal in virtual goods, once a file is downloaded refund and/or return is not possible. Cancellations of subscriptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis only if the packages subscribed to have not yet been downloaded, or restricted media has not yet been accessed. If the cancellation is approved by us, pursuant to a sufficiently good reason being provided, your money will be refunded. Cancellations will not be considered more than ten (10) days after the time of purchase. Partial refunds are not granted upon early termination of subscriptions.
