I guess I am totally confused on how to invoke this plugin for amazon ads

This is code I get from Amazon Associates - Can I use this?

I guess I am still confused

I enabled the plugin

I tried {TEXT} Then my code from Amazon

Tried inserting in content using HTML function and without HTML function
Nothing happened

Put code in Parameters of Plugin and {TEXT} in Content and still nothing
